Thank you for requesting a claim for your pet.
Now that we have received your request, please arrange for a signed claim form to be dropped into the practice. We require this to be provided within one working week or we may be unable to complete your claim.
**Please ensure the policy holder section is fully completed and signed.**
Incomplete forms will delay the claim being processed.
For some companies, we are able to process claims online from the start of treatment. Please check relevant companies below:
Petplan - Please use the Petplan Claims Portal and follow the instructions relating to your claim. Once submitted, we receive a notification to complete the veterinary part.
Animal Friends – Please still bring us a claim form for any new conditions, but all continuation claims can be filled in directly via their “Pawtal”.
Tesco, Morethan, Marks & Spencers and Argos – For all new conditions, a claim form is still required. For ongoing claims, providing we have the policyholders date of birth, we can complete the claims directly without the need for further forms.
An administration fee will be requested by a member of staff, please enquire for up to date prices.
Insurance companies will not cover the cost of any administration fees.
We aim to have all Claims processed within 7 days.
Any direct insurance claims that are not settled within 6 weeks of the original claim being sent need to be settled by yourself in full.
